MMMmmmmmmm. Chocolate. Is there anything it can’t do!
Exploring Fremantle the other day we stumbled upon Gabriel Chocolate. An Australian owned and family run Chocolate Maker and Western Australia’s first bean to bar chocolate maker.
They also have a Chocolate Gallery, yes you heard right – CHOCOLATE GALLERY in Yallingup, in the beautiful Margaret River region, South West of Western Australia.
But I digress. I was first taken in by the beautiful appearance of the store,
then upon entering found a wall of liquid chocolate. Now, lets face it who can resist a wall of liquid chocolate. It certainly got squeals of delight from Miss B who declared we JUST had to check the store out.
She then went on to sample different chocolate varieties.
It was never going to be a particularly hard sell to convince Miss B to try their product but she gave it a thumbs up and I consider myself lucky we only left with HUGE freckle (unbeknownst to Miss B mummy’s favourite!)
They had many varie
ties available and they would make exceptional gifts, with beautiful packaging. IF you can make sure they don’t get eaten!
I have it on good authority and supported by the 
many wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor that their ice-cream is also exceptional and not to be missed.
Gabriel Chocolate Fremantle is relatively new and well worth checking it out if visiting Fremantle. You can like them on facebook here.
